A pretty platform, but out of its league with modern games
Trine2 (like Trine) is a pretty platformer. This can be fairly fun, much more fun when playing with friends huddled around a TV, doesn’t work quite as well on a computer.
In any case, platformers are simply out of their league compared to modern games. Compare this to any modern realtime strategy, first person shooter, role playing game, or turn based strategy, and you’ll see that it just doesn’t have the sort of content that can let it compete. This would have been a great game in the late 80s or 90s, but in 2016 it’s badly outclassed.
